A 60yr-old fisher-man presents with a growth over his nose of 3 months duration.
Describe the lesion.

there's a large nodule on right alar cartilage which is irregularly shaped. reddish in colour. it has rolled up edges and ulceration in the middle. smaller nodule to the left with yellowish discolouration in the middle.

erm.. possilble diagnosis:
1) basal cell carcinoma of the nose
2) malignant melanoma of nose
3) squamouse cell carcinoma of nose
treatment- surgical excision, radiotherapy.
cant it be a case of rhinophyma?
