Is it a ranula or a cyst at the floor of the tongue?
No, in fact this is a PYOGENIC GRANULOMA of the undersurface of the tongue.
It is usually preceded by trauma - such as tongue-biting or piercing.
I think the guy is hispanic and has a lack of prayer in his life.
